Sessions are an hour long, where you get to relax, lie down with a blanket and pillow and let the energy flow throw you, to restore and align your own vibrations in the body via your chakras, these energetic wheels correspond to bundles of nerves, and major organs, that affect our emotional and physical well-being.
Crafted sessions that combine ancient wisdom with modern science. Through instruments like crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and more, you will embark on a journey of sonic healing, leaving you revitalised, balanced, and in harmony with yourself.

WHO IS THIS EVENT SUITABLE FOR-
This event is open to everyone, no prior experience or knowledge is required. If you are looking for an opportunity for some self-care time out yo relax and unwind or are simply curious, then i welcome you.
However the event is not suitable for anyone suffering from epilepsy, in the first trimester of pregnancy or carrying a pacemaker. If you are tapering off any Medic*tion/drugs, particularly those prescribed for depression and are unsure whether sound meditation is advisable, please check with your GP before booking.
