Yoni Shakti: Women's Yoga Circle

Inviting women of all phases of life, monthly cycle and experience to gather for this nurturing and restorative event. Inspired by the revolutionary teachings of Uma Dinsmore-Tuli’s Yoni Shakti Women’s Health Yoga Therapy framework,you will leave feeling more connected, nurtured and supported.

During our time together, we will engage with movement practices, philosophy, women’s health topics as well as opportunities for sharing and deep rest. Tea and light vegan treats will be offered.

Please arrive in comfortable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Yoga mats, boulsters, eye masks and blankets will be provided but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
