Brought to you by RunAbout Sports Roanoke- Yoga, Mobility, and Core- all under one roof! Ninette from Unicorn Yoga and our own Dr. Ally Bowersock will present a hybrid of these three elements of recovery essential for athletes of all ages and abilities.
You will need the following elements for our class: yoga mat or beach towel, foam roller, lightweight resistance band (continuous loop) all of which we will have onsite for you to purchase if you do not already have them. Each class runs from 4pm-approx 5:15pm. Class fee is $20 per session and is payable onsite via cash or Venmo. Space is limited to hold your spot by completing the form linked in event page. Attend all four sessions and earn a special YoMoCo swag bag!
