We’re so excited to host Vishva-ji once again! Vishva-ji is the teacher of Prana’s teachers. Many of us have trained with him in both Canada and India. We’ll be visiting his two amazing ashrams on our YOGA IN INDIA: Radiance Retreat March 1-11, 2025.
During this workshop, Vishva-ji will explore deeply restorative Yogic techniques for releasing suppressed emotions and chronic stress at a cellular level – reawakening our body’s powerful, natural self-healing mechanisms.
The program will include an introduction to the Yogic wisdom behind these inner reprogramming practices that can rebuild our mind-body-soul connection and release deeply held energy blockages. You will experience specially designed styles using synchronized breathing and Brahmari Pranayama (honey bee breath) within a movement practice to support the release of chronic stress and balance the five elements of the body.
We will focus on postures that influence the pineal and pituitary glands, helping to calm and uplift all levels of the mind, followed by a Releasing Suppressed Emotions Yoga Nidra & Meditation experience. Vishvaji’s uniquely designed Yoga Nidra practice harnesses the power of intentional relaxation across the central physical and energetic axes of the body to maximize the benefits to the right and left hemispheres of the brain and conscious, subconscious, unconscious layers of the mind. It is known to release chronic, cellular stress and shift deeply-held suppressed emotions – a powerful tool for processing past pain without causing harm to oneself or others.
