Yogi Playtime Series Join our community for 75-minute weekly arm balance & inversion classes powered by the Yogi Flight School Method. Perfect for beginner and intermediate practitioners, and teachers looking to effectively breakdown these postures for their students. ALL LEVELS WELCOME. In fact this is geared towards Beginners & Intermediate Yogis. All you need is a willingness to lean into fear or doubt, belief in yourself and you will fly.
