The body is our greatest means of communication. It is constantly talking about us. To us and to others.
All our experiences are stored in our cells, in the deepest fibers of our muscles.
It doesn't matter what we say with words, but how we say it, and whether verbal and physical communication are in tune.
Because it is precisely when they are not that conflicts arise and relationships break down. And, in most cases, we don't even know why.
Every blockage (physical, emotional, mental or psychological) corresponds to a reflex reaction in the body (our deepest memory).
Understanding the meaning of this reflex, and what it is telling us, becomes the key to freeing ourselves from our past. It is the way to cleanse and bring our communication, and our very existence, into alignment with who we really are.
We will thus be able to better understand ourselves and others.
