"GET BRAVER" INTERMEDIATE ARM BALANCES & TRANSITIONS
(Friday, June 2, 5.30 – 8.00pm):
Once you have the basics down, take your yoga practice to the next level, demystifying some of the more challenging arm balances and the dynamics behind them. Moving beyond "obtainable" and into "sustainable", we will work on garnering true balance for not only holding these poses, but transitioning in and out of them in fun and funky ways.
“LIVING OFF THE WALL"
HOW TO HANDSTAND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM
(Saturday, June 3, 5.30 – 8.00pm):
In this workshop, we will focus on helping people who can already kick up into handstand at the wall to derive the strength, balance and confidence to shift their handstand practice to the middle of the room.
