Yogasgiving: Flow, Feast and Community

For Yogasgiving, our practice continues beyond the mat as we share a potluck meal in the spirit of gratitude and community. You are welcome to bring a dish if you feel called, but please join us whether or not you are able to contribute. There will be plenty of food, warmth, and welcome for all.

We will be joined by the Capoeira musicians whose class follows ours, filling the space with rhythm and celebration as we enjoy our meal together.
