Join Olivia Petrey, D.C., for an afternoon of delving into the balancing asanas on an anatomical level. We will breakdown the muscles and joints involved in each pose, as well as how to properly engage the muscles and align the joints to ensure your practice grows stable, safe, and strong. Yogis of all levels, whether brand new or seasoned, are welcome! This workshop is designed to give your practice longevity; not only by preventing injury, but helping you become more comfortable, strong, and confident in your practice.
This is a great workshop for brand new to yoga students as well as veteran yogis looking to refine their practice with more education around their practice. Let’s even the playing field between new and old yogis as we learn/relearn these poses.
