A POTENT YOGA + LIVE SOUND SESSION "Rooting Deeply"
Enjoy this 75 minute ALL LEVELS YOGA + LIVE SOUND SESSION with Sol Rio Co-Founders, MK and Alex.
MK will guide you in an accessible, slow flow yoga practice designed to remove stagnancies and help you root deeply. We will focus on the base chakra, home of security and utilize the powerful earth energy of Taurus season.
Alex will support your session by playing a LIVE AMBIENT SOUNDSCAPE with various musical instruments including the keyboard, synthesizer and trumpet, helping your mind relax and attune to stable frequencies.
The session concludes with an extended GONG BATH, helping remove dissonance and further support a deep grounding and embodied experience.
No yoga experience is required, all are welcome. Please bring an eye pillow or eye covering for deep relaxation. The studio also provides eye pillows you can borrow.
