Calling all yogis š§š»āāļø and beginners to yoga! Join me for the first yoga class, Tuesday, June 25th from 7-8 pm in the MK Creative Arts Studio located at 701 N Main Street, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
After yoga teacher training in Bali, I am eager to share the practices that have transformed my spirit, heart and mind with you. The class is welcome to beginners!
In the class we will start with yogic breath to release the tension of the mind and move into the present moment and flow of the body. We will focus on gentle stretching and mobility. Ending the class with yoga nidra which is perfect to help rest in the evening.
$20 per person.
