This page is for the Saturday Option of the Solo Sound Journey.
We are offering two possible dates (Saturday & Sunday) to see which one works best for the community.

Please register only if you would join on Saturday.
The final date will be chosen based on sign-ups.
If the date changes, all registered participants will be notified and can switch or cancel easily.

• Centering & guided meditation

• Gentle yoga flow (all levels welcome)

This is a donation-based event to keep the journey accessible.
