Prenatal yoga not only prepares your body for labor but also can connect with yourself. Join Shantell RYT-200 for a pregnancy focused yoga class. Whether you have done yoga before or never attended a yoga class, this space is for you! 30 minutes of yoga and a brief period afterwards learn more about your body changes with Michelle Wilkins, Certified Doula, CLC and LMT and owner of Mind, Yoni, and Soul .
Participants will be asked to complete surveys while participating in classes.
These classes are offered by Redefining Life Services Inc in partnership with Blue Lotus Life and Mind, Yoni, and Soul.
