Refine Your Eye: Body Reading & Functional Alignment Lab
Unlock the art of seeing your students more clearly. In this practical 2-hour teacher lab, you’ll learn how to assess bodies in real time, spot common compensation patterns, and adapt poses functionally — not just aesthetically. We’ll break down standing, seated, and transitional shapes to sharpen your observation skills and build your confidence in offering meaningful, safe cues.
WORKSHOP 2 — STUDENT DEEP DIVE
Unwind & Release: Neck, Shoulders & Upper Back
Melt away deep-seated tension and create more freedom in your upper body. This 2-hour specialty class blends gentle mobility work, functional strength drills, and simple ROM techniques to target the places we hold stress the most — neck, shoulders, and upper back. Leave with tools you can integrate into your daily practice. Teachers are welcome to attend to expand their skills.
