Workshop will be led in English by Silvana Bustillo from @agia movement -AMMA.
ABOUT THE TEACHER:
Silvana was born and raised by Colombia's Caribbean Ocean and moved to Norge several years ago.
After practicing yoga for over a decade, she decided to share with others. She completed two 200hr yoga teacher trainings with Yogaworks, participated in several workshops, practiced and led countless yoga sessions, and will soon complete another 300hr training with Jannice Strand from Be Yoga Studio (Lørenskog) as her mentor.
Her mission as a yoga teacher is to lead, guide and craft Hatha/Vinyasa yoga sessions and experiences that inspire, guide and support students to enhance the quality and experience of life by fostering and cultivating connection to self, to others and to nature. Expect to be reminded of your breath and your personal power, and to be invited to meet and live life in a way that feels ALIVE.

A word from the teacher:
Im a passionate woman with a huge desire to enhance the quality of life for all living beings. After working as a conservation biologist around the world for many years and at multiple levels, I now also work from the inside-out by fostering and cultivating connection to self, to others and to our nature. I believe that cultivating and sharing my yoga practice, and supporting others in their journey, is key for this.
Yoga has taught me what being centered and regulated feels like in my own body, and this has allowed me to elevate the quality of my life by understanding also when I'm triggered and disregulated. I have learned to cultivate calm, presence, strength & balance. And with that, to consciously bring wellness into all aspects of my life. Making conscious, and sometimes hard, choices that cultivate love and care for myself and from there extend it to all other beings. I strongly believe that the yoga practice led through the kind and caring yogaworks approach brings a magical gift to absolutely everyone who tries it. I cannot think of a better "tool" to foster and cultivate connection to self, to others -and from there inevitably to our own nature. This is why I not only continue to cultivate and deepen my own practice and development as a yoga teacher, but also craft programs to share this with my community.
