Yoga is generally associated with flexibility, and while this is true, it is also about strengthening and mobilising your body. Mobility is ability of joints to move freely through a range of motion without pain. To have good mobility also requires strength and stability, and often involves flexibility in the muscles and soft tissues around the joint. This is why Yoga is such a great all round physical discipline! Strengthen and mobilise joints.

First half: Hatha Yoga, the physical practice, asana and vinyasa, along with breathing techniques, pranayama.
Second half: Meditation and deep relaxation.
In the waning days of November, when shadows grow long and the chill of the air creeps into bones, it is a time to focus care on the joints.
As the world outside turns cold and dreary, the body may stiffen in response. Embracing the longer nights spent nestled indoors, ensure your joints remain supple to revel in the comfort of cosy evenings. Guard against the ache of stillness by practicing yoga regularly, allowing movement to be the elixir for your joints' vitality.
Immerse yourself in the art of learning and practicing a diverse array of movements and yoga poses designed to nurture and support your joints, with a special emphasis on shoulders, hips, knees, elbows, wrists, ankles, and the spine.
In this mobilising workshop, you will discover and explore poses and sequences that gracefully traverse through various ranges of motion.
