Yoga with WeightsBuilding strength - gently! Join instructor Lindsay Schooler for a beginner-friendly class, though any experience with sun salutations will help. Open to all, this offering may be particularly beneficial to folks with limitations due to conditions such as auto-immune, fibromyalgia, and general chronic pain. We'll use small 2-4lb handheld or wrist weights, while we move through a full slow flow yoga practice that's well-rounded and specifically designed to reduce stress by increasing both mobility and stability throughout our bodies. Please bring a mat, blanket, and, if possible, handheld or wrist weights 2-4lbs.
