Yoga with the Women's Centre

Join us for our free weekly yoga sessions in the Student Union Building's lovely dance rehearsal room! Relax, unwind, and stretch some of your worries away under the care of a certified instructor.

Students can sign up for as many sessions as they wish, so don't be afraid to commit to one week, two weeks, or every week!
