Join us for peaceful movement and reflection at the Sacred Stone Circle.This class offers all-level yoga to help you release tension and tune into your inner experiences. We will contemplate how the energy shifts that we observe and feel in the body mirror the seasons and seasonal changes. The tall, old stones will support us while we breathe and move mindfully.
You are invited no matter your level of experience. All are welcome.

EDUCATOR
Mandy Dickerson holds an herbal medicine-making certificate from Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine and a Master's degree in Anthropology. She is a Certified TriYoga Teacher and is the owner of Plantchanters Garden in Iowa City, Iowa.
