Goats are ready are you? This event is for anyone over the age of 9 years old (everyone must participate). As we venture into simple poses (and yes the goats are participating at times) allow nature and yoga to relax and balance your mind, body, and spirit. Please bring your own yoga mat/towel (we have 2 goats that are on a mission to taste every yoga mat that they find), a water bottle.
This event is outside in the goat field and will be canceled if it rains.
Cost $10.00 per person.
Please note: I am not a yoga instructor, however have been practicing yoga for over 30 years.
