Join The OakTree Crew on September 13th for a puuurfectly balanced beginner friendly gentle yoga at 5pm at the Chelsea Parade! This will be a donation based class with all proceeds going to The OakTree Crew cats/kittens/fosters. This class will be led by Samantha Richards who is in her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at A Peace of Space in Taftville CT.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in. Bring your own mat, blanket, bug spray and H20 and any other props you might need or want to be comfortable for your practice.
The cats will not be joining us for this event. They will be safely inside with their fosters purring with excitement and gratitude waiting to find their fur ever homes, maybe one with you!
