Join us for a basic, gentle all-levels yoga practice with Tara Lynn. Breathe, move, visualize, and restore your mind-body connection.
*Yoga begins at 12pm at Sharing Peace Café in Ft. Wayne. $10 drop in fee- pay at class; cash, Cash App, or Venmo.
*Newbies welcome! Bring a mat or borrow one 😊
*After class, all are welcome to gather at nearby Crescendo Coffee (1:20ish)for a friendly chat with like-minded others. Purchase your own menu items & chat with us just for fun 🤗☕️ (first Saturday of the month, other days as interest is shown)
