This grounding yoga class invites participants to connect with breath, body, and energy through a mindful and dynamic Vinyasa flow. Each week introduces different asanas with guidance and intention, emphasizing movement that honors the body rather than perfect poses. Classes close with yoga nidra for deep rest and reset, followed by optional time for reflection and sharing.Every Thursday and Saturday, Starting:

About Sruti Morabad:
Sruti is a yoga teacher from India who uses Sanskrit in her daily teaching, from pose names to simple chants that connect breath and mind. Chanting is her favorite part of practice, and she loves sharing small pieces of her culture wherever she goes. Based in Vilnius, she brings a warm, down-to-earth approach to yoga, language, and everyday rituals.
