As the light fades and the year turns toward darkness, nature invites us to turn inward. This is a time to slow down, listen deeply, and meet the parts of ourselves that live beneath the surface. Through steady, embodied practice and reflective awareness, we’ll work with the shadow—the hidden aspects of self that hold both our deepest challenges and greatest potential.
Whether this is your first time exploring shadow work or you’ve walked this path before, you’re welcome here. Come as you are—leave with yoga practices that help you move from inner darkness to your own brilliance, through grounding movement, quiet reflection, and breath practices that support deep inner exploration, building presence and insight for lasting personal transformation.

With over 30 years of experience, Shawn offers yoga as an integrative path to healing and self-discovery. His teaching blends movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, with a deep focus on natural rhythms, the intelligence of the body, spiritual growth, and personal transformation.
Shawn’s yoga journey began as a way to free himself from physical, mental, and spiritual pain. Over the years, his practice has evolved into a lifelong commitment to integrating body, mind, and spirit for healing, personal growth, and a true sense of purpose. Rooted in ancient wisdom, modern psychological work, and the rhythms of nature, Shawn’s approach is shaped by his own experiences navigating personal struggles, addiction, and complex childhood trauma. Drawing on this journey, he now guides others on their path of self-awareness, healing, and transformation through a blend of yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, mythology and self-inquiry.
