Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience every first Saturday of the month from May to September at The Hive Coffee House! This outdoor yoga class, led by Mallorie, will take place on the beautiful and spacious patio, offering the perfect atmosphere to stretch, relax, and connect with nature.

About Mallorie: Mallorie is a skilled and compassionate yoga therapist with over 7 years of teaching experience. She has completed more than 1,000 hours of training and teaching in various yoga disciplines. Mallorie has a deep passion for working with all kinds of bodies, adapting her classes to meet the needs of students at every skill level, and for those with different physical conditions.

Her approach goes beyond just the physical practice of yoga. Mallorie focuses on creating a strong mind-body-spirit connection in her classes by incorporating practices such as movement, breathwork, meditation, relaxation techniques, and yoga philosophy. She believes in the transformative power of yoga to enhance not only physical health but also emotional and mental well-being.

Mallorie enjoys learning from her students, adapting her teaching to best serve each individual’s unique needs. She’s excited to meet you and share the benefits of yoga in a welcoming, supportive environment.
