Join yoga instructor Madelyn Flanagan for a healing and heart-centered yoga class held every 2nd & 4th Wednesday @ 11AM at Unity of The Woodlands.Madelyn shares:

This class is an invitation to reconnect—to the earth beneath us, the breath within us, and the community around us. With baby babbles and tiny toes joining the flow, we remember that healing is a collective journey. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a pause, come as you are. Together, we’ll cultivate a practice that honors the sacredness of each moment and the divine within us all.
Each gathering is supported through the spirit of giving and receiving — love offerings complete the circle. The suggested minimum for this event is $12.
