Yoga with Lyss Ball

Lyss Ball (they/them/she/her)

Lyss is an intersex and queer teacher and facilitator. They has been passionate about
leadership, justice, and devotion for as long as they can remember.

They have completed over 500+ hours of yoga teacher certifications, studied holistic
health at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and played sports since they
could walk, where movement first became their medicine.

These yoga classes will weave together traditional yoga teachings with modern trauma
informed practices with notes of self love, fluidity, expression, and more.
