Lindsay Schooler is a local yoga teacher who's spent over 20 years mastering skills to manage chronic pain and mental health challenges, and it's her honor to share these tools with you!No experience is needed for this beginner-friendly somatic yoga experience. We'll learn and practice many techniques that can be easily replicated at home - skills for life! This class includes breathwork, movement, simple mindfulness and guided deep relaxation. Please dress comfortably and bring a mat and blanket.
This class is $8, or fitness pass is accepted and will be in the Grand Vue Banquet Hall at 6pm.
