🌿Yoga with Kate🌿Courage, Dear Heart - a festival celebrating our well-being journeys, dovetailing with Mental Health Awareness Week 2024.
Come and join Kate of WILDFLOWER Yoga for a special well-being yoga session. ALL levels and abilities welcome, absolute beginners to experienced!
Sometimes people think of yoga as purely physical, WILDFLOWER Yoga includes mindfulness, breath and a meditative aspect.
Chair yoga adaptations are available for those unable to get onto the floor. You are invited to stay for a cup of chai tea to finish.

Courage, Dear Heart began in response to Mental Health Awareness Week last year. We like the words ‘Courage, Dear Heart’ and ‘Well-Being’ as they feel holistic and inclusive and help reduce the stigma often associated with mental health journeys.

🌿Mad Hatter's Tea Party in Narnia-Featherston
•Thursday, Sept 26, 4.30pm Kiwi Hall (back of Anzac Hall)
•Fun, lashings of hot chocolate, banner making, Starjam Dance performances and more!

🌿Community Celebration Concert
•Friday, Sept 27, 7:30pm, Anzac Hall

🌿Stories of Our Well-Being
•Saturday, Sept 28, 2:30pm, Kiwi Hall (back of Anzac Hall)
•Speakers share their well-being journeys, through storytelling, creativity, and song. Diverse gender, ethnicity and aged from 19 right through to 85 years young. With lashings of Kereru ginger beer and hot chip butties as well! Breaking stigma, sharing holistic and creative approaches to healing.
•Content information/warning - some of the stories may include themes around trauma, suicide and abuse.
