Artist and Instructor Jammella Anderson will be leading an intimate one hour practice in the gallery at Context Collective.
In this class Jammella will guide you through postures and practices that can help you, help your body. Whether you've got potter's back, sewist's elbow, or some stiff shoulders from hauling pop-up tents to markets, this class is sure to infuse a little ease and tenderness back into your bod.
Though this will be geared for artist and craftspeople, anyone with a body can benefit from this enriching class.
