Instructor Jacqueline Adams will focus on a yoga practice connecting body, breath and movement for all abilities. The practice will be modified for those who wish to do chair yoga. The sessions are $10 each. Please bring a yoga mat. The event is in the Upper Hall so use ramp door on King St.
