This class will incorporate a relaxation session and no previous experience of yoga is required, every individual will be encouraged to work at their own pace and ability level.
Hayley is an Ayurvedic practitioner, with her own Ayurvedic retreat centre just outside Buntingford. Hayley has been successfully running national and international yoga retreats for many years and has taken inspiration from great Indian teachers.
