"Yoga with Friends" is a community based yoga class for all ages and abilities that will bring peace into your hectic weekend. This class features stretching, strengthening, toning and empowering poses along with moments of peace and mindful breathing to help center and calm the inner noise. Led by RYT200 Jenn, each class will be unique and will target the goals of participants while also appreciating the wisdom of yoga practice.
Safety is always of the upmost importance but this is also a class where you can laugh and grow on your yoga and life journeys, surrounded by old and new friends. This class will help rejuvenate and ground you so that you and your day will be the best that they can possibly be.
