??♀️ My style is warm, friendly and inclusive so everyone is welcome and no experience of yoga is necessary. Mats and equipment will be provided.
??♀️ Wetsuits and floats can be rented, and hats purchased. There is a shorter and longer lake loop and if you prefer not to swim you can dip in and out as you wish.
? The wooden sauna pods are lakeside and offer some welcome warmth after the revitalising cool water of the lake.
? In the Sound Bath the powerful vibrations of Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls create an immersive experience which is deeply relaxing and meditative, often with healing and clarifying benefits.
☕️ After your wild swim or dip and sauna, meet up for a hot drink & healthy snack/chocolate whilst getting to know one another and connecting over the love of nature, yoga and healing sound.
