Join me for an afternoon exploring the many benefits of adding the Yoga Wheel to your practice. The Yoga Wheel is a simple but effective tool to both challenge and enhance your daily practice. During this 2 hour workshop you'll learn to flow, balance & strengthen the body using the Yoga Wheel. We'll explore deep stretches, core stabilising, full body strengthening and of course the totally amazing, supported heart openers and back bends that the Yoga Wheel was literally made for.
This class is open to everybody however, I recommend that you have a regular yoga or fitness practice in order to truly benefit from this workshop.
