This program was created for YOUTH from Panorama City and North Hills, however, all are invited to join! This particular class will be focused on youth but we invite beginners of all ages. Addtionally, we will be hosting this yoga session in a public park/Wildlife Reserve, where we will have a chance to discuss self care as community care and our connection to nature and how that can be a healing experience. We will share how spending time in nature has been proven to be healing in many ways and have time to discuss. We will also take the time to learn a little about Nature for All and what you can do to support our work of protecting our local mountains and rivers, creating more natural spaces and connecting historically underserved communitites to the wide range of benefits that nature can provide!
