YOGA W/ SOUND BATH MEDITATION

This practice goes beyond just enhancing flexibility and mobility; it also fosters stability, strength, coordination, balance, observation, awareness, and a profound sense of peace within nature's embrace.
After this enriching experience, indulge in an aromatherapy refresher followed by a mindful meditation, complemented by the soothing sounds of a crystal healing bowl.
The instructor will demonstrate various poses and techniques, providing clear guidance and modifications suitable for all skill levels, ensuring that everyone can fully savor the experience.

- Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
- Location: The class takes place on the Veranda deck of the museum home, offering stunning views of nature.
- Duration: Classes last for 90 minutes and include an extended period for rest and meditation.

*Classes take place regardless of the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy. They are conducted on the paved surfaces and in the covered areas of either the Veranda or the Courtyard at the Bonnet Museum home, both of which provide breathtaking views of nature.
