When participants join on the mat, they will be guided through a yoga class that is therapeutic in nature and suitable for yogis of all levels. The vinyasa-style flow gently eases into movement with an emphasis on linking breath with movement. The class will focus on opening the spine in all directions, maintaining a balance between effort and ease in the postures. Variations and modifications will be provided to ensure that the class can be tailored to individual needs. For added enjoyment, balancing postures will be incorporated before the session slows down, culminating in a final moment of rest.
