Chrissy
A California native and longtime yoga teacher, Chrissy brings more than 10 years of experience to the mat — blending gentle encouragement with deep body and mind awareness. She’s taught all across Fayetteville, including Triangle Rock Club and The Spa Wellness Center. As a military (retired) spouse and plant-loving foodie, her classes are welcoming, grounding, and full of heart.
