Yoga under the Stars... on the Beach

Join Monica McMahon for an evening of gentle movement, breath, and connection under the stars on the beach! This experience will be held in the sand in front of lifeguard tower 3 South Beach Park, Boca Raton! Join us for a magical evening under the stars as we gently flow through yoga poses and connect with the energy of elements. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to unwind, relax, and rejuvenate.

This is a donation-based offering.While the event is free to register, we suggest a $20 donation to honor the energy and preparation that goes into creating this experience. You may contribute via Eventbrite or in person (Venmo/Zelle options will be shared in your confirmation email).

We’ll gather at sunset for a soul-nourishing session including:• Gentle feel good breathwork and stretching• Guided Meditation & intention setting and ritual. Remember to bring your sheet, water bottle, and positive vibes. Let's come together to celebrate the beauty of the beach and community.
