Yoga Tune Up® is movement practice to enhance proprioception (body sense), interception (body feel) so we can move, feel, and live better in our body. Practitioners will experience self-tissue massage using therapy balls, stretching and preparatory exercises to harness greatest movement potential, integrating into Asana practice.
