A deeply nourishing 75 minute Hatha yoga class held in the beautiful Dance Studio.Join us as we work with our breath and postures to clear the energy channels, release stagnation and reestablish a sense of balance within.
We start with breath work, progress to some warming postures, building strength, then finish with soothing, long-held stretches and a relaxing savasana.
Classes are strengthening and progressive. I vary the theme and teachings in each class to keep things interesting. Suitable for all levels including beginners.
Please bring along your own yoga mat, yoga blocks, a blanket or two and some water.
