We offer small class sizes to offer our students personal one-on-one with Instructors.
Our training is rooted in the ancient teachings of Yoga. We include a well-rounded curriculum with an in-depth study of the classical Yoga postures (asana). philosophies, anatomy, as well as subtle anatomy. Thepaths of yoga leads us to the ultimate goal of Liberation/Freedom
👉 Hatha yoga concentrates on our physical health & mental wellbeing through the practice of Asana (yoga postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques) - all to preserve and channel our vital life force.
👉 Vinyasa means to "link" or to "carefully place" vinyasa yoga links each pose/action to the next, on each inhale/exhale.
To study Vinyasa, one studies Hatha Yoga. and vice versa.
We teach thorough alignment, breath and Union. A yoga training should not be just about memorization of certain sequences or cues. We all have different bodies, (down to our bone structure) with different life experiences. Yoga Teachers must adapt the Yoga to the individual and NOT the individual to the Yoga
