Join us for 90 minutes as not one but two teachers (Angela Bartlett Burgos & Rosanne Russell) lead you through a flowing practice while offering personalized, hands-on assists. You'll also learn self-massage techniques to release stored tension and support your own healing, both on and off the mat.
