Yoga to Restore (in-person)

• When: Once weekly for four weeks on Thursdays from 1:15-2:15pm, from March 7 - March 28, 2024
• Where: In-person at The Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt (3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville TNm 37203)
• Teacher: Celeste Greene, C-IAYT, E-RYT500, YACEP, Certified Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor

Introduction to yoga movements, breath, and meditation for brand new yoga beginners that meets each person where they are. Gentle movements, breath, and visualizations are some of the tools that will be easy to extract and implement at different times during daily life when relief is needed.

This class is a part of our "M1" Suitability Code Category on our Movement Class Suitability Guide (see below), which means this class is suitable for those with some physical limitations. Modifications available if support of a chair or the wall is needed. This is a great class for those new to yoga and/or Osher's movement classes.

Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.

These in-person class sessions will be held at the Osher Center for Integrative Health at Vanderbilt. We are located at 3401 West End Avenue, Suite 380, Nashville TN 37203. Parking is behind the building. We will provide parking validation. The building is owned by Highwoods Properties, and it looks like a corporate office.
