About this Event
Join ERYT-500 and Yoga Therapist, Denver Clark, for this special 3-hour workshop. We will explore the concept of Yoga Therapy as a supportive practice for people struggling with body image, as well as those who may be living with disordered eating patterns.
Beginning with a deep dive into the patterns of trauma and behavior that can lead to these challenges, we'll participate in activities and optional sharing moments to process our own relationship to our bodies and the ways we nourish them. We'll finish our time together with a grounding and accessible yoga practice and leave with tools and tips to continue our healing journey.
