What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis and a range of different vibrations, sounds & frequencies, designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, helping to rewire the brain.
What is the Chakra system and its practical application?
The chakra system is a concept in spiritual traditions that describes centers of spiritual power in the human body. There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, each associated with different aspects of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being
This is a weekend of opportunity to explore the esoteric science of the Chakra system. Understanding through the lens of the chakras we can see habits, patterns and tendencies which are obstructing the free flow of energy, the free flow of life. These concepts can help us to find understanding about how and why we act. How and why we attach, re-live and are unable to let go of deep seated experiences / memories / traumas / samskaras (whatever you use to describe them).
Using both these modalities, 9D Breathwork & the Chakra system, you will have space to delve deep, feel safe with being with past experiences, and tools to the process, assimilate and let go of the energy which is limiting your capacity for happiness.
Our retreat, as ever, takes place at the idyllic Bhakti Yoga Centre just outside Carno in mid-Wales. This venue, run by a beautiful group of Hare Krishnas, is in a stunning location surrounded by the Welsh countryside.
All food and drink is provided throughout and specially crafted by our hosts.
