If you work a desk job or do repetitive tasks with your hands this class is for you. We will work on stability in your neck and shoulders as well as wrists. Connecting to your deep front line of fascia while strengthening, lubricating and releasing all this whole line. We move slowly to allow for deeper interoception into your body, breath and awareness.
