Through the unique method of Traction Yoga, we will gently create space in the joints, restore mobility, and encourage natural lubrication. Rather than forcing or straining, traction invites release — easing compression and stiffness so the body can realign and heal.
This program is perfect for anyone who:
- Experiences tightness or discomfort in the hips or lower back
- Wants to learn safe, effective practices to manage pain and prevent injury
- Feels ready to take their health into their own hands with mindful, therapeutic movement
- Is Curious about how yoga can be used as a form of therapy, not just exercise
Over six weeks, you’ll learn sequences and techniques you can continue practising at home, building a deeper understanding of your body and the powerful benefits of traction-based yoga therapy.
