Yoga Therapy and The Great Yoga Wall™ WorkshopWith Terry Brown, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, PTA, YACEP

For students and teachers of the Yoga Wall, these classes are important to help understand how the Yoga Wall can be used for some of the many of yoga therapeutic practices and how it can be effectively used for postural correction.
The workshop will give yoga instructors more tools to expand their classroom experiences. For the student of yoga, this practice will offer additional practices for home use. Or just come for the fun experience of practicing on the Yoga Wall™!
Terry Brown has studied extensively with Bryan Legere, the co-founder of the Yoga Wall™, and his teacher, Aadil Palkhivalla.
Yoga Therapy and the Great Yoga Wall™ Workshop schedule:
Class 1: Saturday, 10:30am -1:30pm Therapeutics on the Yoga Wall™
The Great Yoga Wall can be a helpful tool in addressing many therapeutic issues. In this workshop class we will review common yoga therapy practices to refine them and then add new practices. Examples of what you may learn in this workshop are practices for the hips and knees, how to use the wall to create a stable and balanced SI joint, additional practices for cervical spine issues, and restorative practices that can assist with organic issues
such as challenges with digestion and the endocrine systems. This class with have the time to also learn those additional practices for the back and spine on the Wall that we don’t have time to do in a weekly class.
Class 2: Saturday 3:00pm - 6:00pm Simple Ways to Correct Your Posture with the Yoga Wall™
This class will address how the Yoga Wall is one of the best tools to address forward shoulders, kyphosis of the upper back, lordosis in the low back, and more! This class is for everyone! If you don’t have a Great Yoga Wall™ but think this will help you, in this class we will remind you how these practices can be translated into simple methods to do at home. Good posture equals good health!
These classes are available for CEU credit for 200 and 500 YA Registered Yoga Teachers

cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the workshop, the administrative fee is $20. Cancellation requests made between the day prior to first workshop date and 14 days will be charged 20% of the workshop fee. No refunds for cancellations during the workshop or no shows.
